When the plot shifts you tend to introduce new characters. To me, it seems that there will soon be one of those moments. Are you going to add more characters, revisit the old ones, or stick with Davis and Ellis. I think this would be a great time to go back to Nathan and Velaku (they are my favorite pair from any of your stories). I don't think it's a good idea to add anymore characters. Just my thoughts, but I think you do a good job.

I hope he did not die, I feel it is so horrid once you meet a nice character and I really wished he did not die. You wrote that blood dropped - that would mean that he was alive as the blood stops if one is dead.

Amazing story. I love this series so much; you are one of my favorite authors. I can't wait for the update! :D

Just when you start to think that the danger is over and Ellis and Dav will be fine, you spring this on us. I hate cliffhangers.
