The subject is fine, and the theme is good. But the grammar, Tense, and Point of view throws it off. Starting the story as 3rd person, looking at Mark form the outside, but then finishing as "I" makes it confusing. Also, each time the person doing the talking changes, it should be a new line. That will help dialogue be more clear, also might allow for getting more descriptive in the buildups to sex.
