I have no words to describe this story. You set it up like a den of redneck squalor. I'm not sure it's incest with brother jacking off on his sister's feet. Taboo possibly, but not at all erotic.

Both can benefit by moving relationship forward. Sometimes being honest and sincere can bring the desired result. Siblings in this situation should help each other out even if it is only a helping hand
