May not be provable scientifically, but something to think about.

As with most 'mental' problems, very hard to pin down. I'm sure someone is studying it, somewhere.

I really never had a problem with clothes. But once i talked to a naturist online i started sleeping nude and ive never sleep so well in my life. Since then i watch tv and play video games in the nude but i dont think i have the guts to be a true social nudist just yet. I dont think i have SPD but it certainly is more comfortable for me to be nude while i relax in my room.
