To be blunt your story is a run around. Way to much description about people that while needed to establish who and how relations were could have been summed up. Stay on topic, i expected your character to get laid by his cousin at the end or have a threesome. You seem scared to be judged for your wtories context. In your next story have them meet up and actually throw their inibitions to the wind and go for it.
