I really liked this. A heart-wrenching back story, an emotionally insecure male lead and a woman who is gently bringing our hero out of his self-deprecating shell.....

So many stories have an almost unbeleivable sexual sociopath at the heart of it so it was good to see a man with a heart full of soul at the centre for a change.

You know you can end it here or take it down the road three or four more chapters. You have Kathy visiting him at college, her younger sister put him up at her place while he's in grad school, he bangs every female prof he gets, etc. Just a though. Well written, good grammar and fine editing. Keep writing.
