They were strangers in the elevator when it stopped. Within a short period of time they were having wild sex on the elevator floor. Tom ought to get the 'salesman of the year' award for that. But then Janie didn't attempt to avoid his sales pitch did she?

I wonder if the building maintenance crew noticed the aroma of sex when they opened the elevator door?

Why must almost every man in almost every story call the woman a slut? You had me into your story deep until he started calling her a slut & a bitch.

I can't be the only one who finds this repulsive I'm sure!
