your brilliance knows no bounds. everytime I think you can't outdo the last chapter you prove me wrong. so many things going on but you tie them together so brilliantly thats its easy to follow. And Damian. Where do I start? Almost drowning in his oatmeal, having a raisin in his head, homing pigeons, the boy is a friggin mess and I love him. the little ones. OMG, how cute are they? Wondering whats going on with maria, and Alberto and Joe as they push and pull at the boundaries. dante and luc, what a brilliant part. bravo.

I was laying in bed when I remembered that I hadn't checked to see if the story was up yet. Of course, I couldn't go to sleep until I checked and then I had to read the chapter. It's now 5am and I don't care! I love this story! I am so sorry that you have had such awful health issues! Please stay well! Although we love the long chapters, you can make them shorter if that's less stressful for you. Maybe you could update more often if the chapters were shorter. Either way, your story is pure genius!

I will be honest with you, I will try and read a series on here in its entirety in the hope that it just has to get better. I never have that problem with your SMP series. I always end up waiting anxiously for your next chapter. I love your characters. I feel like I know them. I love the humor and the wit. Please keep up the amazing work.

I sped through this chapter because I was so curious to find out what it all had in it, haha. Other than the lack of apostrophes to indicate a lot of possessives -- it caught my attention because it happened so much, but it wasn't that bad -- I was able to just enjoy the story. I realize my punctuation and grammar isn't perfect! I'm excited about all the new characters, and am going to have to update my excel file. I hope all is well with you and that you'll still love this universe enough to finish everything you have planned.

I'm gonna have to reread the series from the beginning a few times to satisfy my craving for more. There is usually a significant wait between updates, but...OMG it is so worth it! Words can't express how much I am loving this story!

The women don't have enough freedom and the condom thing in the earlier chapters is a copout so that the men get fuck who they want when they want while remaining "pure" for their mates. All the women need to learn the truth. That their mates/intendeds don't care enough to be pure for them, the women are given no choice but to wait, and the only true purpose that the women have in the pack is to give the men their pups. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE.

You really know how to leave a cliffhanger. This chapter kept me engrossed with the suspense running throughout it.

This sorry is one of my favorites!! Your characters (though numerous) are amazingly written and makes the chapters so fun to read!!! Please please please don't make us wait so long for the next chapter!! I'm addicted to this story!!!

My comment is a bit too long.

The things that drive me nuts in this story are that the all the girls are interested in or only interested in cheer leading & it is if there is no other sports available ! Why can't they learn football (soccer), basketball, swimming or even gymnastics ? Why cheer leading ?

And another annoying stereotype in this story is the shopping addiction of women/girls & and why on earth do they giggle that much ?

It is repeatedly told in the story that the men will do any thing to protect the girls & won't harm them in any way, then why can't they date or have sex ? And because there is a threat of rape, they can't date yet the guys can do any thing ! If there is such crazy protection around them, why do they need to be surrounded by men all the time, inside their highly protected schools or homes or get escorted even to rest rooms ? Yes, i did read about the rape threat but the author's argument come off as rather comical.

All these stereotypes are making the female characters appear bland & sometimes clownish compared to many other Were heroines in other stories.

Making the girls swear or using some abusive language doesn't make them strong. Many of the so called 'submissive' girls have immense mental strength & i have came across such girls. I don't find any of your female characters strong as i don't find extreme short temper or constant swearing/giggling etc as a sign of strength but rather as a medical condition that need immediate help.

This is my opinion, others don't have to agree with me.

I have to say that I love LOVE these stories of yours. I sit here waiting for the next chapter to come out. Once again this is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read and take note of all comments since that is the only way that I will evolve as a writer, but your continued comments on 'stereotypical' behavior gets boring after you post the same thing chapter after chapter. There is nothing weak or submissive about Sophia, Maria or any of the other girls. Please remember the main female characters are between 13 - 17 years of age. Have a great day and go back and read the story over and maybe you can get the preconceived notions out of your head to really see how strong the girls are.

If you don't like the story don't read it. Maybe you should go back and start at the beginning because oh my the girls do more then just cheerleading. They train to kick ass. They are so protected because there aren't as many of them as there are of the men. Maybe if you went back to chapter 1 and started there you would understand. Until then maybe keep your critic to your self.

This has to be one of the best stories on this site. I checked religiously to see the next chapter. If you don't like the story too bad. How about you write something that has half as many likes as one of the chapters and then I might listen to your complaining. Finally to pocketbooklover this story has had me since chapter one. I love the stories so much that if I see some small error I ignore it. You have put so much time and love in your story I can feel it. Not everyone is going to love your writing style but I say screw them. You have so many people following you it's ridiculous. Please hurry for the next chapter before I lose my mind with wait. the two anon critics have weird ideas about this wonderful entertaining story. Show me exactly how the girls are treated as brood mares? I've read Carlo asking Gina's opinion on just about everything they've done. sophia has been brought to the Alpha's table to show she is going to be madam alpha and she is coming into her own taking control over the meeting of the young ones. After the massacre 60 years ago itsnatural for the pack to make sure the girls are protected and what is bad about that? They are allowed to date, they just had a quadruple date and one of the girls - Ed's daughter, is planning on going out on a date. Before you criticize - READ the fucking story.

I'd like to see more development with the characters. With so many, I feel like I'm missing out on my favorites. Also, there is so much going on that things get lost here and there.

In case you havent noticed we are in chapter 15 and the story is only 3 to 4 weeks into the year. Pbl has alot to set up and she is doing a great job let her write her story and site back and enjoy the ride.

what does your comment even mean. if you have been reading the entire story you would notice that as the story moves on the characters are more developed we learn new things every chapter and as for too much going on what does that even mean

Writing a story takes guts. But no matter how amazing that story is, there will be people who don't like it. If you give criticism make it constructive. Bashing a story does nothing for the writer, this should be a place for growth and entertainment. Please, be conscious of the criticism and make it constructive.

Also don't bash the critiques. Not all of them are bad and no one is prefect.

Overall I like the story. The over protectiveness can be a little much but I get it. After a huge loss, people change. This chapter proves that SMP's over protectiveness might just be a good thing for the girls.

One thing that gets a little confusing is the massive amount of characters. I have the family map pulled up in another tab so that I can always check it. But with so many characters i feel like I'm missing out on watching them grow. I see the big picture (which is great BTW) but I want to see those small details that help me connect with a character on a deeper level.

In the next chapter I'd love to see Maria and Sophia show off their skills on the older boys. Sophia whooped Beatrice but I have a feeling she has some hidden tricks.

To the person who said it was a bad ending, it's called a CLIFFHANGER for a reason. Judging by your comment you have read the other chapters and should know pbl loves cliffhangers.

I have loved catching up on the SMP series. I love all of the characters. You have created a wonderful world and lots of intrigue to go along with it. I think I love Paulo best.... he's a computer genius, humble and a great football player. *grins, chuckles* I have laughed myself to tears at some of the stuff the boys get into and say to one another. I loved this. It's a shifter story, it has romance, drama, and I laughed threw every chapter that I read. I have fallen in love with Damian. This is one of those books I would add to my shelf of 're-reads it is soo good. I never missed that it did have sex scenes, not once. The story and characters are strong and very like able. I'd buy it if it's was on Amazon. Can't wait for more.
