We've had a bunch of new faces here lately, so I thought it might be fun/cool/helpful to have a roll call. (Yeah, I swiped the idea from the poetry forum.)

  1. A brief introduction, please.
  2. What's the link to your member submissions page?
  3. For which category do you most often write?
  4. Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?
  5. Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)
  6. Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?
  7. Anything else you simply must add?
    [/list=1]

*Nice idea, Imp..

[*]A brief introduction: My name is Honey123 and I have been writing erotic stories on Lit for over 1 year. I live in the USA and am amazed at how I can "chat" with people from all over the world.

[*]What's the link to your member submissions page? The Honey Pot

[*]For which category do you most often write? I have a mixture. There really isn't one category that I find more desirable than the other. It's really just what comes to my mind when I write.

[*]Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style? It's hard to chose since I think alot of readers have to make their own choice and my style or what I like might NOT be to their tastes. I remember telling someone to read a story that I thought they would like best and they indicated that it was OK, but this story was better...

[*]Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?) No, not published anywhere else. If I honsetly thought my work was good enough, yes. I would love to submit to a magazine.

[*]Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)? I am just me. I do have another Alt name but I have never used it.

[*]Anything else you simply must add? As a newbie, it is always nerve-wracking to just jump in and try to fit in. I was very leary when I joined in discussion in the AH, but I found that the people here were very supportive and FUN.

There have been so many new wonderful people joining Lit, it is hard to keep up ~ but I love this place and am very glad that I have made it a part of my life..

  2. This is me, is that you?
  3. What's the link to your member submissions page?
  4. Its in my sig line.
  5. For which category do you most often write?
  6. Toys, lesbian.
  7. Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?
  8. My latest one.
  9. Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)
  10. Couple sites I posted on, lots stolen and under different author names with stuff changed.
  11. Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?
  12. I am only me, and I get confused about other alternate ID's, and once got extremely pissed at Dranoel over that. I thought a stupid girl was retarded and felt all sorry for her, and he accused me of being her, when it was him, the bastard. Oh, I forgave him cause Cloudy asked me to, but I rarely post where I see that ID.
  13. Anything else you simply must add?
  14. Hi to all newbies, unless you are someones alternate ID.

Edited to make it look like everybody else's, kinda.

  1. Intro: ElSol... delusions of grandeur should be apparent from the name.

    Link:
    ElSol's Additions to Literotica

    Category: On Literotica
Erotic Couplings except where they fall into something else.

The Story If You Could Only Read One of Mine:
    Sine Equals Cosine

It is not published on Literotica yet though, because it is part of a concept series and the story preceding it needs to be torn down and rebuilt to meet the +18 Literotica Requirement.

    Published Elsewhere
All my true-teen stories are on storiesonline.net, and that's where I post my work first.

    Who Else Am I
One me is more than enough.

What else you need to say...

Yui, the Avatar with the firm belly with just hints of muscle lines and the tattoo... I'm speechless.

    Sincerely

    ElSol

  1. A brief introduction, please. Tolyk, the quiet amateur love poet from the cold reaches of Canada
  2. What's the link to your member submissions page? Its in my sig line :)
  3. For which category do you most often write? I only have one story posted so far, but I'm a stickler for Romance or Erotic Couplings (which turn out to be romantic anyways)
  4. Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style? Heh, nothing that I have submitted :)
  5. Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?) I'm not, but I certainly would enjoy publication. Not so much for my poetry, or even my erotica but for my Fantasy.
  6. Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)? AlteregoID is me
  7. Anything else you simply must add? Um.. not to my knowledge?

  1. Yeah, what he said.

[*]A brief introduction, please: Hi, I'm LadyJeanne. I'm new to erotic writing, but it's been very eye-opening, as has this board.

[*]What's the link to your member submissions page? It's in my sigline.

[*]For which category do you most often write? Good question. I've just started, so I don't think I have a specific category yet. Currently have an Erotic Couplings and two BDSM stories. I've written a couple of poems as well.

[*]Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style? Probably Morning Glory.

[*]Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?) I've had one article published in the US Maserati Club magazine, but nowhere else. I'm very experienced with PowerPoint presentations, however.

[*]Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)? I'm just me, although I'm tempted to create an alt just cause everyone else has one or more.

[*]Anything else you simply must add? Careful; this place is addictive.

A brief introduction, please.
I am Cheerful Deviant, also know as CD and Ducky. Also occasionally Dolly. (See Alt. ID)

What's the link to your member submissions page?
The link to my submitted smut is in my sig line.

For which category do you most often write?
Curretly I only have a few submissions, all in MC. But I have about 4 or 5 in the works that are Lez, MC and EH.

Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?
All of my stories are crap, so pick any.

Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)
No. (And No.)

Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?
I am also China Doll. (Hence: Dolly. Also CD... get it? ;) )

Anything else you simply must add?
Under the advice of my lawyer, I plead the 5th.

a/k/a Imp

A delightful yet baffling creature. Playful on the surface, but complex and at times extraordinarily frustrating to those select few she allows to approach. Is exceedingly flexible and cooperative unless her values are threatened, at which time she becomes an unforgiving bitch.

Is at her absolute best when organizing and advocating. Is intolerant of any personal display of insecurity or neediness, and attempts to emotionally isolate herself until such ugly cycles run their course. Has extreme difficulty admitting her needs for fear of eliciting a response tainted by obligation.

Prefers to subsist on a diet of equal parts peace and passion. Eschews all forms of conflict. Cannot be tamed, but can be coaxed into temporary submission. Requires a partner with exceptional patience and the ability to read her mind, but is well worth the effort.
  1. A brief introduction, please.

Howdy. Apparently, I'm one of those AH veterans now. Although my join date says September 2003, I didn't make it to the AH until August 2004. (I have dear matriarch to thank for inviting me to join the family here.) Please call me Imp. There's no need to choke on impressive. *wink*

I am, for all intents and purposes, just "flirty window dressing" around here. I seldom jump into the "serious" threads (because I really don't want to have to think too terribly much when I'm hangin' out in the Hangout). Go ahead -- underestimate me. ;)

I adore Jammies' comparison of me to a Kauri:

And Imp is a Kauri, from Jack Chalker's Dancing Gods series--a benevolent succubus who, through sex, discharges fear, shame, self-loathing and other unpleasant emotions from her partner of the night, then burns them all off by swimming in a volcano.

Kauri are winged, bubbly, fun, sexy, impish, and have a weakness for jewelry. You might call them "flirty window dressing" if you didn't know about their serious purpose of helping others.

  3. For which category do you most often write?

I'm not writing for Lit much any more. Too busy self-publishing (plus editing & designing covers) for paying venues.
    .
  4. Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?

I pulled most of my stuff from Lit for publication. What's left isn't worth mentioning.
    .
  5. Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)

Yes -- To date, I've accepted money from Fictionwise, Phaze, Venus Press (defunct), Ruthie's Club (defunct), Tit-Elation (defunct), Torquere Press, Literary Metro, Desdmona, Oysters & Chocolate, Erotic Dreams, Clean Sheets, AudioLark, and Whispers Media.

I write both solo and collaboratively (with Belegon).
    .
  6. Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?

Alessia Brio -- a pen name I created when my work sold ('cause the publisher didn't want to use impressive). I also created the Coming Together account, but it's shared with several members who help with the anthology series (see www.eroticanthology.com for details).
    .
  7. Anything else you simply must add?

    Peace, y'all. :cathappy:

# intro- ex-teacher, ex-fireman, I write a fair schtick and a doodle a fair illo if you give me time.
# link - my memberpage
# For which category do you most often write? I did a poll. Anal. Erotic Couplings.
# ONE story? - The one they always steal for the other sites is Fire Pole but I think my longer ones are probably more representative of what I do. Fire Pole is short and sex-focused.
# Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?) I've written for newspapers in Maine, book reviews, an article about the fire department when I was there, a column on the rules of driving. Nothing major, no big deal. The rules of driving one has been published in a small privately published newsletter, and they took another article form me, but folded up before it was published. I have published my own flyers and broadsheets about political subjects, for distribution on the street and at lefty gatherings.
# Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)? No other IDs
# I do a little free editing when the mood strikes. You'll find some of my drawings here, too.

  1. A brief introduction, please.

Ted-E-Bare Late 40's straight married male
  2. What's the link to your member submissions page?

    See my signature below.
  3. For which category do you most often write?

    Erotic Encounters, First Time generally.
    Like to read First Time.
  4. Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?

Light Side : Her Great OIfer
    Dark Side : The Elevator
  5. Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)

    No - in my dreams
  6. Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?

    I'm just me.
  7. Anything else you simply must add?

Would prefer to being lying on the beach in front of my own home on Bora Bora.

A brief introduction, please.

I'm Joe.

What's the link to your member submissions page?

It's in my signature.

For which category do you most often write?

BDSM, if I had to pick; though Non-Erotic has the plurality.

Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?

Colors.

Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)

Have a few things in publication, mostly just philosophy the like (Ultraminimalist Conception of God, Existant Science And Ethics, etc.). Wrote some op-ed pieces for a newspaper when I was a younger man.

Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?

I never understood having an alternate ID.

Anything else you simply must add?

If you aren't familiar with basic logic, you probably don't want to argue with me. Discussing is always fine, though. And Paganism, for me, is a lot like Tolkein... the lame fanboys and fangirls absolutely ruined it for me.

Hello I'm English Lady, and I do in fact live in England. I've been around this place for a couple of years and I've been writing erotic/porn stories for not much longer than that.

EL's Erotica - Click Here.

I don't think I have a speciality category,I write whatever I am inspired to write :)

Ok so my favourite story and one I think that shows my style is this one:

Not What you see,What You Feel.

Not published as yet but I'm trying to take my writing a bit more seriously right now, so who knows?

I have no other Handles/usernames/ID's etc. I am English Lady and only English Lady.

Anthing else? Oh Just give me a shout if you need anything. I do like to help :)

# A brief introduction, please.

Y'all can call me B. Seeing as it's the first letter of my handle here and my real name.

# What's the link to your member submissions page?

It's down in my sig. You know, the thing that says "It's a nice place to visit, but..." I'm refering to my head, in case you were wondering.

# For which category do you most often write?

Romance, currently. But I've begun branching out.

# Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?

Virtual Memory
http://english.literotica.com/stories/showstory.php?id=183374

# Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)

Not offline. However, I'd like to be a published fantasy author someday. I wanna be published by Daw.

# Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?

This is actually my alternate ID. Since I began writing seven years ago I've used the handle Eon, but I couldn't get it over here. However, I don't have an alternate ID on the Board. That would require signing up more than once, and I'm too lazy for that.

# Anything else you simply must add?

For those of you who don't know, I'm 19. So uh...don't be surprised if I act like I'm 19. :D

Imp, I think it's a great idea. :rose:

*A brief introduction, please.
I'm a teacher of adults for now, past 50 (just) and busy studying for a new career. I live in the Netherlands.
*What's the link to your member submissions page?
See my sig.
*For which category do you most often write?
Every time I start a story the category it will fit in best turns out to be something of a surprise.
Mostly fantasy based or fake historical.
*Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?
For now, the story I'm most proud of is Creativity in the flesh.
*Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)
*cough, cough*
Yes, one of my stories is published in a Canadian magazine.
I keep hoping one day I'll be good enough for a whole book.
*Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?
No other IDs.
*Anything else you simply must add?
For the most part I love the inhabitants of this site.
You can have a lot of fun here and you can learn a lot about improving your writing skills.
Take a look at the Story Discussion Circle sometime.
And if you are a newbie, take a look at the Newbie Support Forum, see the link in my sig.

:D

1. I am oggbashan. Details see 'Profile'. Click on my name, then View Profile.
2. Link to my stories is my my signature or Here.
3. Romance and Fetish with Femdom.
4. Brigit
5. Yahoo adult groups and thousands of other sites that have ripped off my stories. Don't believe me? Google 'oggbashan' and see.
6. I am also jeanne_d_artois and have written some stories under that name and Fag-Ash_Lil who is a character in one of jeanne's stories Unatit. I used to portray Henry VIII hence my av.
7. I sometimes write at length. Expect 2 or more Lit pages for an oggbashan story. If you have no reading stamina don't start. I also write 50-word stories in sets of 15 to reach Lit's 750 word minimum.

A brief introduction, please.
I'm Cloudy, otherwise known as the redneck redskin, or the retarded cannibal (an old joke)

What's the link to your member submissions page?
Cloud 9

For which category do you most often write?
Liable to pop up anywhere, to be honest. I don't see my self writing a story for the Gay Male category, simply because I think I would botch it horribly, but you never know.

Which ONE of your stories or poems would you choose to give to a newbie as the best indicator of your skills/style?
Probably Possession would be what I would choose as my best. Either that, or The Fury. I think the one I'm working on right now for the Magic in America chain will be even better, but we'll see.

Are you published elsewhere? (If not, do you wanna be?)
Yes, I had a children's book published while I was still in high school, and I have a short story coming out in an anthology around Mother's Day. Would love to have a novel published eventually.

Who ELSE are you (i.e., alternate IDs)?
I have one alt, started as something of a joke: Sherry Hawk, who's the main character in my NaNo novel, and also the main character in the story for the Magic chain.

Anything else you simply must add?
Nope, that pretty much covers it. :)

The vignettes I have posted here are in the incest category, but I write romance and soft-core sci-fi-ish type stuff predominately.

Sex & Candy, maybe? Anything except "Life is Good" (that one is really lame).

No alts. But there are a few people here who I would like to be.
