Actually depending on who's working I have a blast. There's one manager there that started like 2 months before I did, and we've always just sort of gone around ass slaping and pinching and feeling up on each other. Basicly any sort of sexual harrassment you can think of we do.
Like today, I was on table for breakfast and he comes up, with me having 4 orders on my screen, and just blows in my ear and down my neck trying to distract me.... it worked.

I don't think you need to try. Looks like it just comes natural to ya.
Oh, don't get me wrong, with some of the people I work with we are like that, only verbally, it's just the work itself that I don't like. LOL But I tell ya, I think you would get along great at the McD's I work at. Dirty minds all around pretty much. That or I'd get along great at the one you work at.

Was a very very slow sunday! And labor was thru the roof. DT times were 189 and KVS 58! But when the store manager came in he seemed rather pleased with how clean every thing was and he didn't seem too upset about the times. He said that he was expecting them to be over 200 like they have been the past couple of sundays (I haven't been working them

Same here. Very slow, but also over staffed. Not sure what labor or times were, but I'm pretty sure that our DT times are quite a bit lower than 189, on average. But then again, our day shift crew is so used to each other that we just kinda fall into a pattern that not even the pervertedness can disrupt, though it's good to hear the store manager wasn't upset about the times.
LOL Great link, though I'd change part of 22 to, for a guy, to ask for a female employee as opposed to porn, "special sause" quicker and more of it.

*giggles* I was a lot tamer when I wrote that.
Our weekend crew is a lot different than our weekday crew. Mostly kids and they just don't seem to fall into the groove if you know what I mean. I mean we have great teens, but some times, especially when we're over staffed, they just play a little too much. It's gotten to the point now where all I do is look up and they say "*their name* go get a broom and sweep from the flurry station to the ice machine" or something the like *giggles*.
Our times have been terrible. I'm in what corpret calls "the friendliest slowest clump" I know that covers all of Ohio, but I'm starting to wonder if that covers a greater spectrum *giggles* I really gotta hand it too our crew tho, since I put in that new incentive times have dropped dramaticly!

*giggles* Well it pretty much is every where except for the back foom, grill area, and crew area. But we have a very small store. I'm pretty sure lobby capasity is only like 275 and it doesn't look like it could really hold that many.
Yes, I just set up a new one for this month. Our times are terrible! So what I did was I took the adverage times for last month, (DT KVS and Total Car Counts) and set a target for each one for each day of the month (which is supossed to be happening anyway but our managers don't seem to be comunicating these targets like ever!). Then for each target they meet or beat every one on the shift gets their name put into a drawling. ( 4 shifts, one for each of the rushes Breakfast Lunch Dinner and Overnight since we're a 24 hours store). At the end of each week I pull one name out and that person gets a semi-fabulous prize (a half pound candy bar
) and at the end of the month I drawl one name and that person gets a day off with pay! There's also 3 bonus targets: 1000 hour (which is rare in our store we're a mid volume store), 100 car hour (same as above) and 70/20 times which is what we are suposed to be getting down to since we're going to modle store. (70 dt and 20 kvs) So far it seems to be working

That sucks. I've been a manager before in a different line of work, so I know what it's like, I won't take that kind of promotion at McD's.

Now I wouldn't move up any further. Just take that spot and stick it out long enough for them to pay for my schooling *giggles* then get the heck out of dodge!

LOL I think I'd spend a good deal of my check as well. But I'd have to save some for concerts, which I'd end up being compensated for.
Then again, at a theater I'd get free showings.

I think I'd go to the movies more if it weren't so expencive, for sure. that is a tough decision..... Tho you could alway so both just and just work enough hours to reep the benifits

*chuckles* The only problem is, I don't know if either are hiring.
But on a positive note, I'll actually be getting a car that is newer than 10 years old this week.
