Which toy(s) for my girlfriend ?

I have this idea of offering a dildo/vibrator/plug to my girlfriend, in order to 1) sort of get her accustomed to the idea of masturbating (she doesn't), 2) spice up our sex, 3) let her have fun when she's alone.

If she doesn't have any toys yet you definately don't want to get something too intimidating so I would go with something a bit more traditional and not scary. I would go with a mid size ranged realistic dong or vibe. It will open the door to further exploration.

I agree with that.

I thought of getting a friend of mine a vibrator for Christmas (I ran out of money, so she doesn't have it yet, but I'm still planning to get one for her because the poor girl hasn't orgasmed.). Of course, the two times I've bought a toy, it's been from a website. I love to look at the sites, but I don't know if I'd be comfortable going through a sex shop, especially since some weirdos can be found in there. I also meant that you could look over the site with her, but perhaps she'd be uneasy about that, too.

I agree with the others, start off slow. You don't want to scare her, but you want to show her what she has been missing, and how much more fun you two can have. I would start with a bullett/egg. To me, dildos are boring. For about the same amount of money, you can buy a vibe and get something that "does" something. Butt plugs pretty much just sit there too.

Looks like a good choice. With a soft sleeve we found we could use the pocket rocket almost "hands-free."

Two suggestions here from me.

The ideal one is to take her with you to buy one. It's a highly charged moment when one can share in intimate things like this and who knows? It could spark other ideas when you're at the store.

yep, we jsut have a mattress on the floor at his appartment, and we had the cuffs for a while but couldn't erally do much with other then tie limbs together (which is fun too! ) so finally i was looking around the house unable to take it anymore... found the crutches.. tied the things to the crutches and stuffed them Under the bed completly... this way we can hide the cuffs as well, and they're in easy reach for play time

and I will never be able to look at mr clean's bald head the same way every again thankyouverymuch! hehe
 
Regarding LustEngine's suggestion of getting a life-like model, my SO was pretty adamant about not doing that even though I handed her several specimens at the shop.
