Do you play music while having sex.

if so what do you play.
if not why havent you.

actually im fond of Classical Music, Nine Inch Nails, and Lords of Acid.
 
Once or twice, my boyfriend played Linkin Park while he was fingering me and I was using my vibe. It was nice because we could get into the rhythm of it and since I always took long to climax, it was something to listen to while passing the time. (I'm not much of a moaner anyway.)
 
I dont always turn on the radio when I get laid, but yeah, a little music can enhance the mood. I prefer a little jazz, blues....something with a slow and sexy beat. Occasionally I like something a little faster, dirtier....NIN's "Closer" comes to mind.

I love to have music on while making love. I usually have country on. Don't really listen to the words, but love the rythm of the music, helps set the pace.
 
One of my girlfriends really, really loved the Grateful Dead. We'd put on a taped show on auto-repeat, and just go at it for hours!

It was perfect because the songs went on and on, and blended into one another...

Haven't really paid much attention to playing music since, though.
 
NIN...I swear there is something in Trent Reznor's voice that gets me off. It doesn't matter what the man is screaming about I can get turned on just hearing him speak.

Other then that, Enigma is good for setting a mood, and slow jazz makes for a great enhancement to a slow tender session of lovemaking, but for outright Fucking NIN has it down pat.

I have to admit, I usually find music very distracting during sex. I remember talking to a female co-worker about this one time, and she just looked at me with fire in her eyes and said something like "Trust me, if you were with me, you'd NOT be distracted by the music!" which made me nearly choke with surprise, since she was a quiet cute little thing that almost never said stuff like that :)

If I had to pick something, it would probably be instrumental, probably classical music, trancey mood stuff or something like that.
 
Nope, I never even think of music or putting music on during sex. It's funny 'cuz I usually have music playing all the other times in my life!

Typically, and I know this sounds very unromantic, my S/O and I have TV on. Hey, there is something about giving a guy a blowjob with the laugh track from Seinfeld playin' in the background, ya know? ;)

Actually, I think the music thing would be a big issue between my S/O and I. He really, really likes country and I'm so-so about it. There are several classical pieces that I think are very romantic and erotic, but classical music puts him to sleep. It's just easier to get into sex, rather than try to figure out which CD to play!
 
I do quite like having a porn movie on in the background if only for the sounds - not the music though :p
 
I would have to say that I wouldn't walk across the room to turn it on. The best music to me is the sound of the person I am with.

Unless of course she is wearing her "fuck me pumps" and there is a fire pole involved. ;) Then ya better turn up the tunes!

to listen to music when having sex was something i used to do when younger than now and the usual place to do nice love things was my car ;-) by then my fav songs for the purpose were the ones by the doors and some of Deep Purple. :)
Now i am more quiet .... just listen to moans and breaths ;-))

But here's my thing.

If I am setting up some elaborate thing for when he gets home that night...

For example. One night in particular I decided that it was imperative to involve rope. Yay! I left the rope hanging on the front door, a note on the screen door in case the rope wasn't enough of a clue... simply because in any other case J's ride home from work would come in and hang out for a little while.

I got meself nekkid and whatnot. Turned on some really smooth music (can't remember what it was now) got all prepared. In that case, it really set the mood. J loved it.

I'll just put it this way -- unless I'm planning something, music generally doesn't play that much into our lovemaking. If it's on, it stays on. If it's off, it stays off.

I really ought to think about pulling out a selection of CDs just for sex. And then use them.

Usually don't have music on now, mainly the TV.

Of course when I was younger, we would leave the radio on in the car.
 
I prefer instrumental music, if any. I can get distracted, tvs are very difficult for me as is talk radio. I get overloaded, lose focus and I just hate that.

I love to hear my lover's voice, breath, moans...

Just went to WalMart to wander. Looked through the CDs. GOD they have a shitty selection, especially in the instrumental department.

So instead of buying something I wasn't sure of, I figured I'd head back here and look for recommendations for the more instrumental, new agey kinda stuff. Even something like Celtic or instrumental music from India, stuff like that.

Something that would be good for a massage as well.

(I don't want to get up and change the CD)
