Profile Statement: I don't know what to think. I think I deserve higher marks. On the other hand, or two other hands like an intergalactic alien, there is (1) a lot of stories by other contributors, so the sheer volume of stories makes it tougher to get high scores. 1) I don't use editors. I want the story to remain my own. That is a controversial remark, but I stand by it. I do and I do and I do for you kids...and I think that if I am writing what I like, well, I have some kind of handicap, as it were, like in tennis or golf. Neither of which I play, and I don't make very good gin martinis either. I have a few pretty high scores, but at that time in my life I did not have a lot else to do. I was not able to DO ANYONE, and that always helps. ..
