I'm interested in being a volunteer editor solely for one purpose: lowering the number of grammatical & spelling errors I see on a day-to-day basis throughout the site. Things like lose vs. loose, site vs. sight, etc., as well as the flips between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person viewpoints. By no means am I perfect, but it always helps for a second person to get eyes on a document, and errors like that tend to jump right out at me when I'm reading someone else's work.
I'll review just about anything, with a few caveats; the biggest exception is male-on-male sex. I have no bias against guys who like guys, or those who read about it, I simply have no interest in it. Other exceptions would have to include urination or defecation being featured during sex...again, just not my cup of tea. Other than that, I'm fairly open minded. |
