Profile Statement: I love the English language in all is cleverness and rich colouration and have a small library of books on this.I'd be interested in any work and have the time (I'm retired)to do major surgery-or offer imaginative advice-on a piece.I do understand that an editor's hand should be light when sensing the writer's intentions and objectives.Plus, I don't recoil from conceding defeat if I'm not up to the job or the material is too good for me.
