I have experiencing writing employee manuals as well as job descriptions. I primarily look for grammatical/spelling as well as syntax errors but also enjoy structural editing - plot flow/development and character development. My age gives me the advantage of having been exposed to a lot of writing styles - both good and bad and I tend to catch errors quite readily. I believe that the mindset of at least one of the characters is critical to story development. BDSM is more about mind control/mind set then the sex. The sex is good but the mind set is critical. |
