| Profile Statement:
I have a degree in English (literature) and have worked professionally as an editor in some capacity for over ten years. I am knowledgable in multiple writing (creative, analytical, technical, AP, etc.) and citation styles. I am willing to do line editing, as well as content and structural editing. I actually prefer the content to line editing.
I sell sex toys for a living, and as a part of that, I have been educated in all aspects of sexuality and have a wide knowledge base on many fetishes. If it is an area in which I am not entirely educated, I have resources to be able to research anything I may have questions about.
I prefer documents sent to me in Word, because I like to work in track changes so the author ultimately decides if my edits stay or not. I can work in other document formats, but as I said, .doc and .docx are preferred. For anyone who is interested in having me edit a piece, please know that I am estimating approximately one week. It may take slightly longer for novella/novel length works. |
