| Profile Statement:
My mother was an English teacher. She was also a grammar nazi, so I was constantly aware of any grammatical errors I was making. "Should have" , rather than "should of" as an example.
I scored a 32 in my ACT exams in the English/writing category. I took creative writing courses in college for fun, but wound up chasing a math education degree. Finances have kept me from completing it, then a serious injury that's left me partially disabled (in my ankle/leg).
I enjoy the categories of first time, romance, science fiction and lesbian the most, but can tolerate most everything except gay (I have almost no experience and very little interest), BDSM and anything promoting rape or forced encounters (only if it's part of the plot - ie woman is raped and becomes stronger, etc).
I like checking grammar (but I'm not a spell checker or excuse to be lazy) and I also like checking for inconsistencies and assisting in any plot devices input and suggestions. |
