| Profile Statement:
To put it simply, I love editing. I dislike reading stories with horrid grammatical mistakes and so I spend my time trying to give feedback to authors (be it grammatical or otherwise); however, I feel that my uses are better used as an editor.
As far as interests go I like BDSM (M/f and F/f only), Mind Control, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Nonconsent,, Romance, some Erotic horror, and Novels/Novellas; however that doesn't mean I cannot edit other stories - these are simply my kinks. The only theme I decidedly don't feel comfortable editing is Transsexuals/Crossdressers. I have nothing against them - they just don't do it for me.
As far as types of editing goes, I love grammar/spelling, but I like structural editing as well.
I have read a lot of stories in the categories I prefer, as well as a few outside my preferences, and look forward to the job. Actually, I hate the word job, so let's call it an oppurtunity.
As a note, as far as submission formats go, I prefer .doc, but I realize some authors don't, so as long as I can port your text and turn it into a doc to edit, I'm good (no pasting into emailing though, sorry). |
