I can't really say that I have any true experience as an editor, I haven't worked for magazines or newspapers. But I CAN say that I am a reader and a writer, and very obsessed with grammar and spelling, and I am very willing to help others make their stories flow better, just with simple fixes. I do have experience, just by simply editing friends' and family's stories and poems, and helping them accentuate their stories.
I am into the BDSM, furry, and Sadism/Masochism lifestyle, those are three topics I have "special knowledge" in. I have very eclectic interests, but they include knowledge of animals, Greek mythology, Native American mythology, the Criminal Justice field, the firefighting field, Psychology, and medical knowledge. I am also very willing to do any kind of research, and I am willing to edit almost any sort of category of story. I'm not squeamish at all. Furthermore, I'm able to do most editing procedures: grammar, spelling, structuring paragraphs and sentences, character development, plot development, etc. I want to help! :) |
