Hello! I love and always will love erotica; it is a pastime and a joy for me!
A little bit about myself: I currently attend a state university for a degree in English Literature with a creative writing emphasis. I also attend many writer's conferences as well.
My strongest point with editing would be grammar, syntax, redundancy, clichés, and the general flow of writing. I only wish to help an author shine; I am not abrasive. I will only suggest things, not demand it. I will do an LBL (line by line) with a summary at the bottom unless the author wishes otherwise. Keep in mind this is the easiest way for me and also more effective.
Remember that any writer does not have to change anything if they do not wish. It is *their* writing, and only they can decide what to cut. If they feel that something I said doesn’t have to be changed, then by all means, don’t change it! A writer who is passionate about their work is a sign of a great storyteller.
A few submission guidelines/ reminders:
* I will not handle over anything of 10k at one time; I work two jobs and attend full time college, and it could take me awhile to respond.
*Chapter stories are perfectly fine if they go over the 10k limit, as long as you do not send it all at once.
*I do not charge a reading/editing fee, nor will I ever.
*My special interests are BD/SM, NonCon, Romance, and anything having to do with fetish. I will not handle Incest/Taboo.
*Anything that comes as an attachment will be automatically deleted. Paste in the body of the email only, with the subject line TITLE: WORDCOUNT. (When sending your work so can find you better).
*If I reject your story for any reason, please keep in mind that every person has their own taste, and if something doesn’t particularity appeal to me, another editor might feel differently. I want somebody enthusiastic about your work!
*I will try to respond within the appropriate timeframe. If I am unable to do so, I will notify you.
*When sending me a message through this page, please state the genre and word count of your piece, along with a paragraph summary of it as well. It if it a chapter, please send the chapter summary. By doing so, I can get an understanding of what I will be working with.
*If my client list is full and I cannot take on a project, I will notify you beforehand. You can always check back with me at a later date if I am currently unavailable.
*I will pass on all projects that do not adhere to the Literotica guidelines.
