| Profile Statement:
I enjoy playing with words, painting pictures with well written and thought out sentences. I find joy in putting words together in a way that evokes feeling, reaction and if lucky perhaps some passion. I was a professional artist for 20 years here, and now at the age of almost fifty am trying to find or perhaps re-invent myself.
My involvements with writing are many and varied. Was a founder of a briefly lived underground paper for artists working the French Quarter titled "La Bull Sheet" I wrote for a college paper, took some very interesting honors English courses, and have written and edited two environmental news letters in my day. My latest endeavors revolve around a novel I am dabbling with a Writers Workshop I have been attending here in New York. |
