I'm a Cambridge University graduate whose day job involves writing accurate, persuasive, grammatical text. I am a senior manager and take great pride in drawing out the skills of those I mentor.
My editing style is to let the voice of the author speak as authentically as possible. I have a light touch (with grammatical rigour!). My aim as an editor is to be invisible to the reader.
I believe that sympathetic and rounded characters are the bedrock of a good story.
Outside the field of Erotica, I admire the work of Nicholson Baker, Will Self, Iain Banks, Iain Sinclair, Alastair Gray and John Lanchester. |
