Profile Statement: I'm a "technical" writer myself- I don't write for a living, but as part of my career. I'm very interested in historical (or time-travel) serials, of just about any genre. I also enjoy some nc/coer stuff (KathyB's "Coerced" is an ATF). I won't read, and so won't edit, stories that are predominantly pedo, gay, fanfic/tv/celeb, or snuff. I'm good about catching punctuation, grammar, spelling, and usage errors. I'm fair at editing for construction or phrasing: I tend to suggest reworking a sentence or paragraph rather than proposing a change myself. I'm not experienced at catching "voice" or "characterization" errors. I can probably see glaring faults, but will miss subtle things.
