| Profile Statement:
This is a new challenge for me.
I hated writing in school and didn't write a letter in 30 years as a result of my dearly departed school teachers lack of ability to inspire.
Five years ago I bought my first lap top and my desire to participate in on-line personal growth forums got me writing on those kind of subjects. I love to read fiction and came across Literotica a year or two back and have since written but not published a story or two. My own work is in the pipeline but I feel the urge to help others with editing.
Today as a school student I would probably have been diagnosed as being dyslexic. My spelling ability sucked back in the day but I have learned the skills and now when I read a mis-spelled word or inappropriate word jumps out at me and painfully interupts my attention to the story so my desire to edit is very much a matter of self interest.
my editing skills will be based on an ingrown organic and encyclopedic knowledge of the English language not on classroom learned and remembered rules of punctuation and grammar.
So! bring it on. I look forward to working with you.
Finally I am sorry but I am not willing to edit gay male and probably no Celebrity or rape stories either but we will see. I prefer something with a plot and characters I am not into the shorts that just go full on sex. boring!
