I think I grew up with a red pen in my hand. I love to read and I subconsciously edit everything I read. I have to keep reminding myself that I cannot mark up library books! I do have some semi-professional experience as my mother is an author and I'm always the first to proof her work. And yes, I do edit work for friends, be it fiction or school papers.
You let me know the level of editing you want and I'll be more than happy to help you out, be it spelling and grammar or continuity of plot. I guess my special interest is incest, but I haven't really found anything I'm uncomfortable with, so I guess I'm game for anything at this point! |
