| Profile Statement:
My editorial skills are somewhat extensive in works that are fictional and pieces that are aimed at targeting a specific audience or group of individuals, more political pieces. Whenever I edit a piece I do it with the intention of maintaining the authors central idea and focusing mainly on the authors mechanical errors and making sure that he/she is not using the wrong literary devices within their piece.
I am a nonjudgmental editor, whatever the writer is writing is confidential and is their own business. I would like to do this in order to hone my skills at correcting a paper so as to further better my writing/grammatical skills. I must admit that sometimes I can be harsh in my comments but my only aim is to make the writer aware of their mistakes so as not to offend or tell things which they would not publicly viewed. |
