... in other words, this story is more realistic than others we have posted. There’s no magic or science fiction involved in terms of the transformation. And yet… one could say there is a SLIGHT magical subtext. Our hero, Daniel, is staying at a motel called “The Chrysalis Inn.” Could this place somehow allow Daniel to find the strength, the courage to explore a side of him that has heretofore been repressed? Or is it simply because he’s away from home, on vacation, and finally has the freedom to explore his feminine side?
