Alone in the dark.
As silence surrounds,
A heart thats dying.
Where warmth once was,
Now stands alone.
Bitter and cold.

Standing alone in the dark,
Ones heartbeat slowing,
Waiting for a spark.
A flicker of light.
Showing the way,
From the dark loneliness.

Unheard cry...

The bitter and cold feeling of unrequested Solitude. Awaiting the flicker of welcome light

Well done;

dark and alone,

you can feel the pain.
