Look where it brought us.
A hate harboured for three days.

Look where it brought you.
You became something you weren't.
Venom spewing words;
Are you the same man?
I walked on eggshells before, but now I hesitate to walk at all.

Look where it brought me.
Once I conceded, they didn't stop coming -
Gasping for air;
Sleepless nights, Restless days.
I've never wanted to escape someone so bad before.

And we're together again, you and me.
How fast you move on, I Envy!
And here you are your old jovial self again.
And here I am trying to be the happy girl I was.

But sometimes I wonder and fear..
Had we separated for good,
Would you have moved on this easily?
