She is by his side, in the Park,
Slowly walking, holding each others hand.
Another time, they swim in the dark,
Later lying together on the sand.

These are things, that friends can do,
Intimate, yet innocent alike,
Even an activity so mundane,
As simply riding a two-seater bike.

But more than friends, Lovers perhaps,
Just look into their eyes.
A simple glance will give away,
Their feelings, so hard to disguise.

Whether Young or old, It's a couple they are,
Efforts to hide their love, so trying,
For deep in love, they truly are,
No use to be found in denying.

It's refreshing to see, in this day and age,
The sweet tenderness that they have shown,
No hesitation at all, in expressing it,
Just know that their love has grown.

For friends they be, and lovers they are,
Their actions really do show it.
And if you happen upon a couple like this,
It is Love you see, and you will know it.
