she lifted her hair
and evening's cool
kissed her neck

* * *

flame-charred skulls
cried red virgin tears

the stairway screamed
as the last breast of kindness
suckled the moon

a frantic fevered star
alone in a room
of bonsai stasis

the familiar aroma
of plum purple memories
floated past

souls chafed raw
by the underside of storm clouds
lulled senseless by questioning ghosts

* * *

a cricket chirping
in rhythm's throat

the remnants of departed dreams
adorned in the triumph
of morning's pink overture

bright vaporous whispers
escaped from under
silent scarlet tongues
sweetly delivered to the soul's flute
puckered and only hinting darkness

like a train in tall trees approaching
desire's distant hum neared roaring

sunbeams mesmerized
by the struggles of dust

the blaze of an instant

a diamond shimmering
on the velvet lap
of the hour's complacency

* * *

she lifted her hair
and evening's cool
kissed her neck

she held my hand
as we jumped into
the relentless brilliant blue

so, excuse me, while i say to her,
"i love you and i love you and i want you
forever"

raw beauty.

Gorgeous images come floating by as you move serenely through this lovely rendering. Like a mystical photograph album you can savor each image until the end where he whispers "...I love you and want you forever." Sheer poetic beauty!
