So Bush's Gates is going to close "Guantanamo Bay;"
for some reason the pretentious "news"
made me vomit
shake my fists and bare my fangs:
I don't mean to fixate or have fits

But what !!!Jesus-fucking goddamn hypocrites!!!

When the world was waving flags
and applauding your wars,
you: Bushes, Rumsfelds, Hiltons, and Waltons,
average middle-class crass Americans:
you were Donovan's "universal soldiers"
and far, far worse:
you ought to be tarred and feathered
but then cleaned off and let live:

of course YOU do
but we won't deign to have hate
for pond-scum like you

Are you going to close Guantanamo Bay?
Well, while you're at it,
how about the thousands and thousands
of inhumane jails and prisons
within our own borders
(and with pathetically little "free press" comment) ????
How about reforming these
and making sure prisoners are there
as just penance?
How about reforming the psych wards, mills,
ghettos, and factories
which
(both here and across all seas)
blot the honest name of: "American"
yet only benefit a small number
which are really only "rich in sin"

So, Gates, you're going to go all noble
and close Guantanamo Bay?
(You're either a fool or a villain)
Close it right away:
talk "change" to the press
and make your tales tall
(though two years ago
about the tortured prisoners y'all didn't even care
I have weightier shoes to throw at you
and your backers

I've been in your savage, barbaric jails
and seen your demonic
justices of the wars:
you're all a bunch of pathetic HYPOCRITES
who deserve public shame and flogging:
your airs would far better fit
