Flowers bloom with the rising sun
The sun climbs higher and higher

Their peddles strain to open
The sun dries the morning dew

Crawling open, shedding the night
The sun beats down upon them

Bursting to life, showing their souls
The sun smiles upon them

Bees and birds will use them
The sun reaches out to them

Beauty fads and soon they die
The sun slips down behind them

Wilting, falling, becoming dust
The moon smiles upon them
