A garden walk to lead astray
is my intention did you say?

tho true i hold a hand extended
deceiving's not what I intended

And I may try my words to woo
In truth I can but follow you

to see your smile is my delight
it warms the frosty winters night

and in it i am softly bound
it's equal yet has not been found

A private moment in passions bliss
a friends warm hand a lovers kiss

these things i freely do admit
i wish within my heart, and yet

if truth be told i'd set aside
the guilty pleasures that divide.

and in the garden still i'd stand
inviting words extended hand

in hopes of sharing warmth of heart
if only in the smallest part

without intention hurt or fear
I offer just a walk my dear
