A gentleman who gathers guests for a party
Like flowers to grace a table or grave side
Handed notebooks at the door
They make observations, doodle and flirt
No strangers to uncompromised milk
And fans of cheese in moderation
Just me and mine and your photo
Hanging slightly to the left
It favors a western breeze,
Two glasses of transparent wine sit waiting
In filtered moonlit night.
