A heart survives.

Winter snow, Bright sun glows
The aching, longing heart of love
Abandoned and hurting
Longing for the gentle touch of you.

Regaining the strength to live
Discarding the fear of love
Shaking the loneliness from my shoulders
Running out to live the fullest

After every bad streak
Time after time brought to your knees
The sun will eventually shine again
Vaporizing the clouds of pain.

And the gentle touch and soft kiss
Skin to skin contact, and loving bliss
A heart that heals and loves again
Putting the pain away

Holding you close, my naked skin to yours
A strong love has blossomed
More colorful than any fauna or flora
Underlining, my heart belongs to you!
