A Lonely Dove.

byPVodogaz©

I am afraid to take a chance on Love,
I am afraid that you will say no or worse,
that you never loved me.
I fear the word; No.

I saw a white lonely dove today,
and i envied it as i watched it fly past,
for a dove is a lonely creature by condition,
its needs are met by ambition.

A lonely dove, I wish to become,
so I can span the heavens with those wings and
just fly away in the currents of the winds.

If loneliness is my only option,
let it be as a Dove.
