A Narration Too

Alone in her fustration
tired of his drunken intoxication
his cruel manipulation.
Unaware of his adulteration
years of fornication.
Much to her devastation
left her for another
after confrontation.
Abandoned and bruised
wanting castration!
Lost in her isolation
papers filed in litagation
thirty two months of seperation.
One frozen moment of time
in liberation.
At first, innocent flirtation
turned into growing infatuation.
Long chats full of elation
up all night stimulation.
No more deprivation
and Ohhhh Soooo
wonderful temptation.
So full of adoration
with loving validation,
but that's another narration.
God's revelation,
end of his cohabitation
his journey through detoxification.
The beginning of salvation
a new transformation
with a wanting of conciliation.
She told him of her relation
he laughed at her imagination,
her typing conversation
with few visitations
at her love declaration.
Sat there in humiliation
this was not in her equation.
Family, church and congregation
all agreed on consultation,
leading to reconciliation
Gods promise, restoration.
Defeated in aspiration
now the one in condemnation,
much to her hesitation.
Too afraid of relocation
scared of retaliation,
fearful of her destination.
Not wanting termination
too insecure for affirmation,
bound by her situation.
Cut her soul by amputation
her heart by dissociation,
walks away with ramificatons.
Spirit cries out in desparation
her mind full of purgation,
emptiness the realization.
They met day before mediation
they cancelled appointment
for adjudication.
With resignation,
she goes back to domestication
family and marital obligation.

different

This rendering was a lot of fun to read. Amazing how many words end with ...tion. Reads like a list but enjoyable to experience. Clever!

Nice work Tasty..

Sounds like quite an epic....I agree with jd...cut it some and it would be even more powerful.

One frozen moment of liberation...

...would let your repetitive formula be consistent throughout. That said, I also think the repetition would work better if you were to cut the poem to the bones... say by half to two-thirds. (It's the old saying... sometimes less is more).
