It feels like
a thousand days
and a million
lonely nights

Except
I see you everyday
a vision in my head
a photograph of you.

it feels like
an eternity
since we said
goodbye

Remind me again
Why?
Maybe....
I'll forget to cry.

it feels like
time is standing still
isn't it supposed
to heal?
