When words are shouted out at anger
When you become what you don't want to become
Take a step back, breath deeply
Now close your eyes and think of a time that made you happy
Draw strength and pay homage to that time.
Do not drive words to purposely hurt another
For words are weapons and sometimes
Words are the most powerful weapon possible
Hands held high, looking at the sun
Feel the rays burn angry words away
Cry Absolution, cry for hope and plan for forgiveness.
But you must first forgive yourself and then,
Ask for forgiveness of another.
You hurt but hurt can turn into rage
And that rage can turn into blackness
Where you fall into an abyss and may never come out of it again.
Cry Absolution and Forgive
Bare your hands to the power of the Sun
Set yourself on your knees
And remember the fondest time with the one you love
And remember anger never can beat Love.
