Alight in the Dark

Surges of tremors
Arch from her nipples,
To the base of her beautiful spine,
Tugging and teasing
Waves of heated delight
That glow in her cheeks and swim in her eyes.

Her mouth is a cave of live flesh
Lair of a wild tongue,
Her teeth are a hard fence,
Her breathing a furnace.
Strange and familiar ancient music
Flows in my body as movement,
Like flying, possessed.
Swirls of ribboning sensation
Knit in a knot in me,
A pulse of gorgeous, fluid bruising
Building to burst
Like an explosion of birds.

I surrender
To her
Surrendering
To me.

Who’s who?
Who knows?

- Making love -
- Is a dance -
- We both become -
