ALL-DRUNK 14 LATCHED

I slowly withdraw both my hands,
My lips from hers, regretting, get detached,
She has a smile as if she understands,
And then my every window gets latched.

Her smile goes away in a while,
She looks a bit embarrassed and rejected,
As that pale ghost escapes from its file,
And has itself on her again projected.

"I'm sorry, Popi, it is not your fault,
I am all-drunk, even when I'm not drinking,
Against this ghost I have first to revolt,
Cause at the moment in her dream I'm sinking.

It's getting late and I'm full of dope,
I can't pretend to you, I feel erotic,
It's getting late and I'm without hope,
And more than this, without cause, neurotic".
