ALL-DRUNK 16-ALL-DRUNK

I stayed for a bit, just stranded there,
Watching the sea and making abstract thoughts,
With you, my love, no other could compare,
You have a gift that came from the gods.

I placed my guitar back in its case,
Bouzouki and guitar then in the boot,
The mirror gave to me my cranky face,
From Koutsouras I took my lonely route.

This route that still is full of recollections,
And where I meet your ghost when I may pass,
Dividing my life in dreamy sections,
That's all the truth about me, my young lass.

And so I came home, all-drunk and dirty,
Your ghost was there, waiting for me,
I am so used to it that I felt flirty,
"Is this your ghost? Then tell me, where are we?"

I went to bed without masturbating,
If you were here what love we would have made!
My lonely time in Creta I'm narrating,
Our love's blue light that passed into this shade.

A healing sleep descends upon my eyelids,
Confusing thoughts that soothe me with their funk,
I hear distant happy voices of kids,
Good day, Edeltraud, I am all-drunk.

despite the title turn offs

which stopped me from opening these pieces till now, there's stuff here worth others reading. some really nice phrasing with lines such as: 'Our love's blue light that passed into this shade' and 'Dividing my life in dreamy sections'

as to the titles, i'm not big on drunks, despite the other meanings the word can embody. plus you threw a load up in such a short space of time it felt spammish - another reason i was put off opening any. i'm glad i did and will look at others now.
