I’m tired, no more writing,
Of love and amour.
My heart has stopped pounding
I really can’t, take no more.

This love I hear so much about
Has failed to take shape
I feel like giving love the elbow
The love I just can’t make

It feels like I’ve been trounced all over
It feels like I’ve been trod
It feels like I’ve been used inside
Or have I, been a sod.

The heart of cupid, has failed to touch home
I have a heart, but it feels alone
I am broken, torn and desolate
Please, I really need it.

Give me hope, joy and happiness
Or are they just a delusion.
Give sense, wisdom and solace
Or is this just an illusion.

I don’t need love
I don’t need joy
I really am a heartless boy
Give me strength to refute this,
No love in my heart, why does it persist.

Temptation is near, my body needs love
I feel the aura, it comes from above
Is this love, or is it lust
The feeling’s the same, my heart I must trust.

I can bare it no more, I need to surrender
My heart is yours, I am the lender.
Your touch so soft and so tender,
I give you my love, I am the sender!

Tired.

In the race of love ~ exhaustion has crept in.

Here's one of those one pop wonders,

Dropped all his writing on Lit one day then is heard from no more;

From a quick run through, can see this could use some tweaking {let's differentiate bare from bear -- naked from can't stand it}.
