Worth the bee-dance of harvest,
Tasting of clover, apple blossom or lilac.
Lips pursed in tartness,
Bodies plump, ripe to overflowing, ready
For the feast.
They're hungry for the growl and plunging hand
That will tear them from their home.

JamesCiriacoalmost 15 years agoI love this, Corinna. One can almost taste the fecundity of young women near to bursting with their desires. The specification of apple and clover honey is vivid, sweet, and quite arousing in its suggestions.
