if we were making love every night,
and fucking till we lost our sight,

my ears would hear your spirit muse,
her tongue slip in my ear to sluice

the liquid hot wax words of love,
that shriek our song to stars above,

of a passion that cannot be silent,
scares me with its blossoming violence.

but i know you will never hurt me,
your spirit's love that only spurs me

as you ride my words of wonder
listen to your heart's beating thunder

echo across a tapestry of clouds,
we fly and fall, sigh and call aloud

to each other through our dreams . . . .
I wonder how my feelings seem

to you across the ocean streams . . . .
and one day wonder how our dreams

shall cross Time and Spaces' streams
to realize all we wish to seem . . .

Nice Read!

I loved the imagery and flow. I was a little unnerved by "ear" in the second stanza associated with "wax" in the third, but maybe that's just me.

Overall, I enjoyed the read. Thanks!
