When my mind wanders
To thoughts of you
My heart beats faster and what
I feel is so brand new.
Over all this time of knowing you
I have always kept a smile
Even though in between us
We find many miles.
You have managed to touch
Deep into my heart
And what you brought to me
Was loving feelings from the very start.
And no matter what happens
Between now and the end
May these words I once said
Play in your memory over again.
Although time passes
As we find ourselves apart
May you always find a moment a day
To feel me kiss your heart.
