awaited ancient grace a
patience steeped in perfection

clouds which dissipate and run like water to the sea
storm within an hourglass spends itself in violent fury
dissolving ghostlike remnants of struggle self to be

dawning waves of understanding carry yon the other side
pain and loss in midnight watch relieved their vigil
march relentless toward the end of days unburdened time

in genuflection greeted wonder
neath the moments sigil
