Angel

Heart, crushed by a merciless fist,
Eyes, blinded by rage and grief,
Hands, helpless,useless,
Soul, shaken to the very core,

You try to breathe, but can't find the air
You try to think, and your mind goes blank,
You try to cry, but the well is dry,
You try to scream, but you can only whimper,

A beautiful angel, suffering before your eyes,
An angel so pure, so strong,
Fighting the fight of life, with all the fierceness of her innocence,
In her small mutilated body, twice the strenght of 10 Men combined,

What is she fighting for, you ask yourself?
For her life is a series of pains, and sufferings,
And suddenly you understand,
Gazing in her angel eyes, gazing in her very soul,

See my smile, hear my laughter,
Feel my arms around your neck,
You gave me life, you gave me love,
